The morals clause should be reciprocal. So the artist can cancel the contract if the studio does something morally reprehensible (which they all do).

Deciding to register a trademark is like deciding to build a commercial office building. If you build it but don't maintain it, what's the point? It will crumble and eventually collapse.

Put me in the category of TCPA defense bar member believing SCOTUS will not go much beyond the 4th Cir. Any decision limited to the exemption for government-backed debt collectors will have little impact on the TCPA and TCPA litigation overall.
